If Jim wasn't going to live his dream of being a drummer in a rock band and traveling the world with his adoring fans, he was going to own a financial advising services company. Marching to his own drumbeat was the plan all along and being the owner of a firm with phenomenal co-workers and equally awesome clients has been the best band Jim has ever played with.
Like fine-tuning a musical instrument, running a business is no different. Jim enjoys analyzing how he can continually improve the process of providing a favorable experience to the clients and co-workers.
